Government-owned Punjab National Bank on Friday said that it closed last fiscal with a net profit of Rs.3,061.58 crore down from Rs.3,342.57 crore posted during the previous year.. In a regulatory filing in BSE, the bank also said that total income has however increased from Rs. 47,799.96 crore for the year ended on March 31, 2014 to Rs. 52,206.09 crore for the year ended March 31, 2015. The bank board has recommended a dividend of Rs.3.30 per equity share of Rs.2 each. Punjab National Bank IPO

Punjab National Bank, the leading public sector bank of India launched its second Initial Public Offering in 2005. After the success of the first IPO launched in 2002, Punjab National Bank.
